A zine full of “People & Pictures & Places & Things” that I love, that I think about, that keep me up at night. All of the photography I shot myself during the Summer of 2024 on 35mm film with people that are very dear to me. While some people may read the handwritten words in this zine as a type of poem they presume I wrote or found while aimlessly scrolling through Pinterest, it is actually a passage from from Paul’s second letter to the Corinthians. G. Campbell Morgan writes “Affliction is not something to be endured in order to reach glory. It is the very process which creates the glory. Through travail comes birth.” While this was a such fun project to put together, I love it because of these things — the parts of me that lie within it.
